Are your thoughts keeping you up at night? Or is there simply no explanation for your restlessness over that you just can't fall asleep? This thirty-minute meditation will include all the basics of meditation and some nice tranquil music that will put you right to sleep. This meditation is specific for those who suffer from insomnia but can also be practiced when not getting enough sleep or even having just one rough night that throws our sleep schedules off. We all know what it feels like to have an important meeting and not get enough sleep. This meditation will walk you through the tips and tricks you can do to get a good night's sleep even when you feel the nerves have gotten the best of you. Prior to our Zoom meeting, I will be sending you a sleep-care package that will include a soft velvet eye patch, my favorite lavender oil, some of my favorite nighttime teas, and a Spotify code that you will be able to scan that will allow you access to a private sleep playlist made just for you. I will be guiding you through the session on when and how to use all of them together along with the meditation tips for a perfect's night sleep. All that is needed for this is you, your wonderful mind & soul, and your incredibly strong body. You got this! I meet my clients over Zoom and host one on one sessions.
