Service Description
Do you struggle to catch your breath sometimes when life gets too stressful? What if I told you I had a way to make sure you could always find your way back to your body? This thirty-minute meditation session will include all the basics of meditation and some nice tranquil music. The basics are going to be covering breathing exercises for relaxation, as well as the practice of checking in with our bodies. This practice is solely centered around you and your needs. Nothing will be forced, this will all be a very natural process and catered to each individual’s needs. All that is needed for this meditation is you and your wonderful mind & soul. I meet with clients one on one over Zoom and am looking forward to meeting you!
